One had finally plucked up the courage to apply for a job with this vast organization.
One was hopeful and excited about the new possibilities that it would offer.
Little did one know they had no intentions of hiring.
One was angry that they wasted so much of his valuable time!
Instead of simply informing one at some point during the process that one wasn't suitable for their needs, they let things drag out until it became an issue.
It's understandable to feel angry in this situation because their failure to communicate resulted in the loss of valuable resources that could have been used for other purposes.
