The nation's people had been living with racism for far too long. Whenever an issue was raised, the organization wanted to solve it internally instead of listening to outside voices.

This silence eventually became a way of life - until one day, when something happened that could not be contained within their walls.

It had become clear that if they wished to see meaningful change, they would have to look beyond themselves and seek external help for real progress.

They had outgrown their old ways; it was time to take a stand and demand accountability from those who deserved it most.

The tide was turning, and together, they could ensure incidents like this never happened again - inside or out the walls.
