The DS Shield

The Cactus Corporation had created a shield around their mother ship of secrecy. The guard comprised five interlocking slices of a powerful magical mineral indestructible to the untrained eye.
Its purpose was two-fold; to protect its planet from unwanted visitors and keep out malicious forces looking to exploit its unique resources.
At night, the skies above were lit by the shimmering refractions caused by this ancient technology, covering both land and sea with a starlight blanket of protection.
Every citizen knew they could sleep soundly, knowing that this wise decision would continue supporting necessary cosmic evils for many years.
Still, it was not enough for them; They added more layers under the veil over time as an extra precaution against any supernatural threats that may lurk beyond what is visible or tangible in our world's ruleset structure.
And so, despite all these additional precautions taken, peace always remained within sight on those clear nights with
They erected a large sign in sync with their newfound optimism: “Cactus Power!” it said in bright green letters, "In the end, they always fall."
The movement served as a reminder to keep pushing forward and reminded them how far they'd come since their journey through space began.
The sun shone proudly daily on this beacon of hope, ushering in new possibilities beyond reach.
With renewed strength from this symbol, Cactusians continued forging ahead for many years with dreams kept alive by the same glowing sign overhead.
